Nativity scene installed in shark tank at Terra Natura

The Benidorm theme park, Terra Natura, has set up a Christmas crib with a difference this year.
A special team of divers set up the installation at the bottom of a shark tank that contains some 32 different species that looked on curiously as they went about their work.

Santiago Calatrava’s new bridge in Valencia

The latest creation by Valencian architect Santiago Calatrava was opened in Valencia yesterday.
Called the Assut d’Or, the bridge crosses the old Turia River bed near the City of Arts and Sciences, is 180 metres long and has three lanes of traffic on either side.

Xixona turrón makers claim Guinness record

Ryanair back in Valencia

Irish low cost Ryanair recently announced it was shutting its Valencia hub and shedding routes. Thousands of expats have been affected as flights to and from Valencia were cancelled. The company promised to refund bookings.
